To further advance the company’s integrity culture and consolidate all employees’ accountability for ethical conduct, the Audit & Supervision Center has targeted integrity risks during the Dragon Boat Festival, launched categorized integrity education campaigns covering all segments, and built an all-round network of integrity safeguards through multi-dimensional initiatives.

I. Supervisory Inspection: Special Compliance Training at Quzhou Base

The supervision inspection team of the Audit & Supervision Center conducted dedicated integrity training at Quzhou Base. A total of 10 offline sessions were held, reaching nearly 500 employees holding key positions including frontline management, production, procurement and logistics. Combining daily operation scenarios and frequent integrity risks at the base, the training analyzed typical fraud cases and reminded staff of integrity red lines. It addressed hidden risks closely related to employees’ daily work, delivered disciplinary requirements to frontline workshops, effectively improved employees’ ability to identify risks and exercise self-discipline, and consolidated the foundation of grassroots integrity management.

II. Holiday Training: Aligned Internal & External Integrity Campaigns

The Dragon Boat Festival poses high risks of irregular conduct and integrity violations. The company issued early warnings and multi-channel publicity to establish a full-spectrum integrity defense line for the holiday.

Internally: Integrity reminders were distributed to all staff, and pre-holiday integrity briefings were arranged at monthly departmental meetings. The regulations were reiterated to prohibit accepting rice dumpling gift boxes, cash, digital red envelopes or banquets from suppliers, urging every employee to maintain self-respect and clean conduct during the festival.

Externally: Official integrity holiday reminder letters were sent to all cooperative suppliers, clarifying ethical cooperation standards and drawing clear boundaries against improper interest transfers. The company advocates fair, open and transparent partnerships to jointly foster a sound and equitable business ecosystem.

Ⅲ.Key Business Area: Special Study Session for Civil Construction Engineering Center

Engineering construction is a key area requiring strict integrity risk prevention. The Civil Engineering Center recently held a special integrity education session. Through policy interpretation, case notifications and warning education, the training guided project managers to strengthen their ideological defense, embed integrity standards into every stage of engineering construction, and guard the integrity bottom line of all projects.
